Phat II Active EQ Boost: This is the defining feature. It’s an active (9V battery-powered) bass boost circuit controlled by a dedicated knob. It allows the player to dial in a thunderous, powerful low-end, providing an aggressive, fatter tone often desired for rock and metal.
