Description

The Ibanez GRGR221FA in Transparent Indigo Black delivers classic Ibanez performance in an accessible, player-focused package. Built around an okoume body with a flamed maple art grain top, it offers a bright, solid response with plenty of clarity for modern playing styles. The roasted maple neck improves stability and resistance to temperature changes, while the bound purpleheart fretboard adds a crisp top end and a smooth, comfortable feel under the fingers.

Reversed Headstock: Provides a distinct, aggressive aesthetic and slightly different string tension on the lower strings, which some players prefer for drop tunings.
IBZ-6 Pickups: These are specifically voiced for clarity and heavy output, making them perfect for modern metal and hard rock.
